Punahou’s Trash issue

It is hard to overlook Punahou’s trash problem. Every assembly we are reminded by our deans of the mess the sophomores have made. Although the problem is widespread the majority of litter and filth has accumulated in a popular sophomore hang out in front of Alexander known as “the tree”. The Plover bird has stopped its migration patterns to this once clean area due to the lack of respect for the environment. This problem needs to be solved before “the tree” becomes a uninhabitable landfill. It is obvious that the source of the trash comes from the high concentration of sophomores in the area. I propose that we capture the wild sophomores and brainwash them to become blue shirt staff. We will then be able to use them as labor to clean trash all over the campus. With the sophomores as zombie blue shirt staff they will not be able to think for themselves, causing them to be unable to litter. They can clean up the filthy waste pile they call “the tree” and be used in other campus projects. This way the campus will be clean and the sophomores will see justice for their crimes.
